Our Management Team

Our leadership team brings together decades of hands-on experience in the automatic door and access solutions industry. As a family-run business, they lead with clarity, care and ambition, guiding WDC’s continued growth while maintaining a people-first approach at every level.

Each director is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring decisions are grounded in real-world insight and a deep understanding of client needs. From strategic planning to service delivery, their focus is always on building trust, raising standards and creating a supportive environment for both our customers and our team.

The Team on the Ground

Our engineers are the face of WDC for many of our clients, and they don’t take that responsibility lightly. Highly skilled and fully qualified, they cover everything from emergency repairs and PPM visits to full installations across the UK.
